This website is run by Soul Living Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17262121, registered office 9b Chessel Avenue. This page explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. The short version: we collect very little, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone who does not need it.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we receive whatever you put in the form: your name, email address, and message, plus your company, phone number, and dates if you choose to give them.

If you join the availability list, we receive your email address.

That is everything. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy information about you from anyone.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details for one thing: replying to you and dealing with whatever you asked about. If your enquiry turns into a booking or an agreement, we will keep what we need for that, and we will tell you at the time.

We use availability list emails for one thing: occasional messages when new properties come online. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click and works immediately.

We will never add you to the availability list just because you sent an enquiry. The two are separate, and you choose each one yourself.

Who handles it

Your details pass through the services that run this website: our website host and form provider Ionos, and our email tool MailChimp. They store information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else. We do not share your details with anyone beyond that unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go anywhere are deleted after 12 months. Availability list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Details connected to an actual booking or agreement are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what they searched to get here. Analytics uses cookies, so you will see a short banner on your first visit, and nothing is set until you accept. If you decline, the site works exactly the same. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [hello@soulliving.co.uk] and we will sort it within a month, usually much faster. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
